About the event
Come join me for a pack walk and costume contest at the Pebble Creek Christmas Light display. We are meeting at 6:00pm Saturday the 16th in the parking lot of Cobblestone Elementary School. We will be walking around the Christmas Light display and will stop to take photos for the costume contest.
Dogs must be in outfit or costume the be entered in the contest. Humans are allowed to participate with their dogs if they wish to dress up. For dogs competing alone, a photo of only them will be taken, and for dogs competing with family, a group photo will be taken. I am trying to get an experienced photographer to help with the photos, but no promises. All photos will be posted on social media and the 3 dogs with the most likes will be announced as the winners on 12/22/2023. There will be prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. I will also have prizes to hand out at the end of the walk for 3 lucky dogs.
It will be cold so please dress accordingly and may I suggest some hot coco or apple cider. It will be dark at times without streetlights so please bring a flashlight or lantern.
A completed registration for the pack walk is required to participate. Priority will be given to current and past clients. If you do not register in advance, you will be asked to so before the walk. If you do not wish to register or I already have 40 dogs attending I cannot allow you to join us. So, please register in advance.
Children of all ages are welcome, and the walk is stroller friendly.
All dogs must be on leash and under control. No interaction between your dog and others will be allowed.
Please make sure to have poop bags, water, and training treats for your dog.
In a group setting like this you are likely to see training philosophies that you may not agree with. While it is ok to disagree with the training, I will not allow confrontation or demeaning actions to occur. I look forward to seeing you out there.
